Setup
BECOME A CARRIER
Thank you for your interest in becoming an Outside Carrier for RightWay Auto Transport.
The following items are required to complete the Sub-Hauler Setup.
- Sub-hauler Agreement
- Certificate of Insurance (see below for insurance requirements)
- Current W9
- MC Certificate
- Voided Check
- Picture of Truck/Trailer
- List Item
Please click the link below to complete the agreement and upload the required documents. Once everything has been submitted, customer service will notify you via email that your setup is complete. This process generally takes one hour from the time all required documents have been received when submitted Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST). Insurance Requirements:
- Copy of Insurance Certificate
- Liability Insurance - Right Way Auto Transport, LLC. must be listed as additional insured (make sure you are approved before this step – It costs to add us as AI)
- $250,000.00 Cargo Policy.
- We must be listed as a certificate holder: Right Way Auto Transport LLC | 1911 East Old Philadelphia Road Elkton, MD, 21921 US
